What's on your agenda for the week? No matter what you've got going on, Hailey Bieber has your hairstyle plans covered with a versatile updo that works for basically every occasion under the sun.

Bieber, whose beauty brand Rhode is set to launch at Sephora in just a few days, shopped the beauty megastore after hours and took fans along via TikTok. The former ballerina threw it back to her at-the-barre days with a tight, sleek knotted bun that could truly be worn anywhere and everywhere: to the office, on a date, browsing the aisles of your favorite bookstore or boutique, or stocking up for weekly groceries.

The model's dark hair was parted exactly in the center, then pulled up and back in a tight style reminiscent of the perfectly precise buns worn by prima ballerinas. The lengths were woven into a simple four-section knot with not a single strand out of place, keeping her hair out of her face so she could focus on the task at hand: restocking some of her favorite products and teasing Rhode's arrival. It's the kind of hairstyle that looks as good with a formal gown as it does with a more low-key ensemble of jeans, a white tank, glasses, and a hoodie, as Bieber proved in her video. Wear it on the red carpet, wear it on the weekend… you're good to go!

So what did Bieber add to her cart? We know you're curious! (We were too.) She grabbed a Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder Blush and Yves Saint Laurent Make Me Blush Powder Blush, a few Fenty Gloss Bomb lip glosses, and a Mane It's Giving Body Jumbo Hot Thermal Round Brush, among other selects, then headed to the back of the store and got to work setting up—and shopping!—the Rhode display.
